Curtis L. Webb, CPA

Founding Partner

Curtis brings more than 30 years of experience to our clients.  He has served many types of businesses, from the sole proprietors to multi-owner partnerships and corporate entities. He has helped clients choose the proper entity at start-up, recommended entity changes to carry the business through its growing years, and helped owners develop exit strategies. He has experience handling all levels of financial statement preparation and employee benefit plan audits, as well as tax planning and preparation.

Curtis has a special expertise in construction and related industries, though his clients include a variety of businesses and individuals in many industries. In addition to tax planning and preparation, he has assisted clients with examination support and tax controversy settlements with the Internal Revenue Service, California State Franchise Tax Board, and Employment Development Department.
